Adding 2kg dumbbells completely transformed the way I engaged my muscles. It forced me to control every rep, to move with precision, and to activate muscles I didn’t even know I had. I started noticing subtle but powerful changes: My posture improved — I naturally stood taller and felt more confident. My arms began to feel toned but still graceful.
