From Restriction to Intuition

Working with your body is as importan as working with your head. If you do not have an open mind to overcoming a journey you will never feel successful. Once you accomplish this, your mind becomes free.

Personally, I still struggle with this, but slowly I start enjoying more the little moments in life. When I used to restrict and have some much control around my day, I felt I was in a box, and feeling trapped is not very pleasant. In fact, you concentrate so much in these areas that you forget to enjoy them and they become such a strict routine that when you come out of that routine you feel lost and unsuccessful.

From personal experience I can mention this has happened to me, and in some areas I still work towards the best version of myself as I sometimes tend to go back to those behaviours but I always keep in mind that restriction just leads me to a place of unhappiness.

In fact, after such a long time always concentrating on dieting I am now working towards as target in which intuition and freedom are key elements in my life. This, has given me the advantage of being able to live life in a better way. To enjoy moments with my friends, family and especially with myself.

I used to get so stressed out when something did not fit onto my day plan, and I mostly or cancelled or got angry and felt I had lost all progress. Now, I take my days as how I feel, I obviously have a morning routine but if one day the order is different I do not get bothered, or if I have to do something different on that day, I will for sure do it. I do tend to keep on working out in the mornings swell as listening to my body and seeing what I fancy for breakfast that day. From then onwards, I continue my day with work and others. I will definitely do a post about my non-negotiable tasks i normally complete each m morning, but if one day I cannot complete it I simply just continue to the next task and that’s all!

So next time you get stressed pout or feel you are not worthy of yourself because you have not done your routines or others, think of it as a day in which you are working with what your body is asking for.
